This initiative provides a wonderful opportunity to explore the beautiful Grand Concourse Trail, promoting health, wellness, and community connection. Difficulty Rating: Trails will be rated on a 1-5 scale, with 1 being the easiest and 5 being the hardest.
How to Join: This program is free. No registration needed. Please meet us at the designated meeting spot to begin the trail walk.
