Accountability framework

Our accountability framework has three key components:

1. Strategic Planning: setting strategies and action plans
2. Performance Management: tracking key performance indicators, evaluating service delivery and implementing continuous improvement
3. Reporting: communicating performance results via quarterly reports to Council and a real-time results dashboard
