Metrobus

Metrobus, operated by the St. John's Transportation Commission, offers fixed-route public transportation services within the municipalities of St. John's, Mount Pearl and Paradise. GoBus Accessible Transit is the para-transit system. It operates within the municipalities of St. John’s and Mount Pearl only.

Customer service

The Metrobus Customer Service Centre is open as follows:

• Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

To visit the Metrobus office at 25 Messenger Drive, St. John's, take routes 10 or 16, which provide service to the facility upon request. Simply inform the driver that you wish to stop at Metrobus, and they will make the detour from Kelsey Drive. When you are ready to leave, ask the information services representative to contact the next available bus.
