Recreation Programs

The City offers a variety of recreation programs and opportunities. Our recreation programs are High Five® accredited, Canada’s only nationally recognized quality assurance framework for excellence in recreation programming. 

Recreation registration happens seasonally and begins for St. John's residents on a specified date. Non-resident registration usually starts several days later.

The Recreation division expects that staff, patrons, participants and guardians adhere to the Recreation Code of Conduct while visiting Recreation facilities and participating in programs and services.
