Additional project specifications and submission requirements can be found in the Call for Artwork. Complete submissions should be emailed to arts@stjohns.ca, with “Pole Box Artwork” in the subject line. Submissions must be received before 4:00 p.m. NDT, Friday, May 10, 2024.
The City will continue to add to the beautification of Harvey Road with a companion piece to the Come Home Year mural that was created in 2022. This new mural will be located on the eastern portion of the Harvey Road retaining wall. Details on a request for proposals will be announced in the near future.
The City regularly issues a public call to individual artists and commercial galleries for submissions of artwork to be considered for purchase by the City for inclusion in the Civic Art Collection. Artwork in the collection can be seen throughout City Hall and other City buildings.
