ChillFest is an annual community-wide celebration of winter, with a variety of free activities for all ages and abilities. This year, Chillfest will take place from February 9 to 14. All of our events are free, however registration may be required.

Come out to Bowring, Bannerman or Victoria Park for a winter scavenger hunt. Find five words hidden throughout the parks to reveal the mystery phrase. Each park has a different set of words to make a different phrase. Contest opens February 9 and closes February 14 at midnight.
New for 2024, our Scavenger Hunt is also extending to the St. John's Farmers' Market! Find five words at either the Saturday Market from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. or on Sunday during the Love is Love Queer Market event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
