Road Closure - Duckworth Street Eastbound (from New Gower Street to Bate's Hill)

Daily - 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. from August 1 to August 8, 2024

To facilitate the George Street Festival the eastbound lane of Duckworth Street (from New Gower Street to Bate’s Hill), will be closed daily from 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. August 1to August 8.  The road closure will end 3:00 a.m. on August 8^th.

The sidewalk in this area will also be closed for pedestrian access, and pedestrians will be redirected to use the crosswalk on Duckworth Street at Bate’s Hill and New Gower. However, access to businesses within this area will be maintained.
