The City has launched a new online request system for Access St. John’s, replacing the former online request form and 311 St. John’s App. Residents can find online services, report a concern or submit service requests through the new system.
Users will be required to create an account to submit some inquiries which require personal information. Account users can also track their requests and history online.
Access St. John’s connects residents with city services and information, providing a central location for inquiries, complaints and service requests. Residents can contact Access St. John’s 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone at 311 or 754-CITY (2489), email at access@stjohns.ca or by submitting a request online at StJohns.ca/Access.
