Information Session: Water Street Construction

Construction for the next phase of the Water Street infrastructure project, including excavation and underground work at the intersections of Prescott Street/Job’s Cove, and Waldegrave Street, starts during the first week of April and is anticipated to be complete before July 1.

During construction, traffic will be impacted around both intersections, and access points to and from Water Street will be limited at times. Detours and flag persons will be in place.

Property owners, business owners, and people who live and work in the Water Street area are encouraged to attend a pre-construction information session:

City staff, representatives from the engineering consultant CBCL, the City’s designated business liaison and the contractor for the project will be available to answer questions during the information session.
