The proposed application is for a Discretionary Use to change from a Pet Grooming Salon to an Electrical Contractor Business. The hours of operation are Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 6 p.m. and will employ 2 people. On-site parking is provided. The proposed business will occupy the same floor area as the previous business (46.5m2) which is non-conforming in relation to the permitted size of a home occupation.
