Permits for all electrical work can only be issued to electrical contractors. The City licenses contractors who employ journeyman electricians with proper qualifications.
Apply for an electrical permit
Complete the applications required to obtain an Electrical Contractor's License or an Electrician Journeyman's License from the City. Then complete the electrical permit application for the property that will be obtaining the work.
We cannot give a property owner an electrical permit. But remember, you are responsible:
