A Discretionary Use application has been submitted by Reardon Construction & Development Ltd. at 265 Lemarchant Road.
The proposed application is for a Heritage Use, which is for 20 Dwelling units. The designated Heritage Building is recognized by the City. The Dwelling units will occupy an area of 1918.75m2. On-site parking will be provided.
The application is also for a vertical extension to the designated Heritage Building containing a Heritage Use. The applicant prepared a Heritage Report. The City is considering the proposed building design shown in the Heritage Report in accordance with the Heritage Design Standards.
