The City has received an application from NL Housing to rezone land at 20 Janeway Place from the Open Space (O) Zone to the Apartment 1 (A1) Zone to accommodate an apartment building development, consisting of four, two-storey apartment buildings. Each apartment building will contain eight units for a total count of 32 units. Apartment Building is a permitted use in the A1 Zone. A Municipal Plan amendment is also required.
Comments received become a matter of public record and are included in the Council agenda for the date a decision on the application will be made. Any identifying information (including your name) will be removed prior to your comment being released publicly. If you are writing on behalf of a group, organization, business, etc. and wish to remain anonymous, you must indicate as such with your submission.
