A Public Meeting will take place regarding a rezoning application for land at 154 University Avenue.
The City has received an application to rezone land at 154 University Avenue from the Residential 1 (R2) Zone to the Residential 2 (R2) Zone to accommodate a Four-Plex (four units). Four-Plex is a Discretionary Use in the R2 Zone. A Municipal Plan amendment is not required.
Along with this rezoning, the City is advertising the Discretionary Use of a Four-Plex at this location. The total floor area will be approximately 380 square metres and off-street parking will be provided.
As well, the City is offering the option to attend online using Zoom.
Registration is required to receive the Zoom link.
All comments made during the public meeting by in-person and online attendees will be included in a report to Council.

Comments received become a matter of public record and are included in the Council agenda for the date a decision on the application will be made.
