NOTICE OF REGISTRATION
UNSERVICED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS
Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 25, 2023, adopted on October 3, 2023 has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 25, 2023, is to repeal section 6.2.4 (2) which required accessory buildings in unserviced areas be setback a minimum of 6 metres from any Lot line.
