Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 34, 2024, adopted on April 2, 2024 has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 34, 2024, is to repeal most of the Institutional Zone standards, except for building height. New buildings can be constructed up to 23 metres, except for 50 Tiffany Lane where the maximum building height is 72 metres. Existing buildings that are greater than 23 metres in height will be able to continue to exist but cannot build higher.
