Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 31, 2024, adopted on November 26, 2024, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 31, 2024, is to amend the Planned Mixed Development 1 (PMD1) Zone to reduce minimum frontages, update parking standards, add Personal Care Home as a Permitted Use and revise PMD1 Schedules A to D.
