Take notice that the St. John’s Urban Region Regional Plan Amendment Number 1, 2020, adopted by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs on the June 16, 2022, and approved on December 1, 2022, has been registered by the Minister.
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Urban Region Regional Plan Amendment Number 1, 2020, is to redesignate land identified as 68 Queen’s Road from “Public Open Space” to “Urban Development” to accommodate the development of an apartment building at Queen’s Road and Harvey Road.
Also, take notice that St. John’s Municipal Plan Amendment Number 1, 2022, and
St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 1, 2022, adopted on June 28, 2022, and approved on October 3, 2022, have been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Municipal Plan Amendment Number 1, 2022, is to redesignate land at 68 Queen’s Road from the Open Space Land Use District to the Residential Land Use District, to accommodate the proposed apartment building.
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 1, 2022, is to rezone land at 68 Queen’s Road from the Open Space (O) Zone to a new site-specific Apartment Harvey Road (AHR) Zone, to accommodate the proposed apartment building.
