369 BLACKMARSH ROAD
Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 22, 2023, adopted on October 3, 2023, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 22, 2023, is to rezone land at 369 Blackmarsh Road from the Residential 2 (R2) Zone to the Residential 3 (R3) Zone to allow a Semi-Detached Dwelling development.
