Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 24, 2023, adopted on August 21, 2023, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 24, 2023, is to rezone land at 366-374 Empire Avenue from the Apartment 1 (A1) Zone and Residential 2 (R2) Zone to the Residential 3 (R3) Zone to allow a townhouse development.
