Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 38, 2024, adopted on April 16, 2024 has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 38, 2024, is to rezone land at 255 Bay Bulls Road from the Commercial Neighbourhood (CN) Zone to the Commercial Mixed Use (CM) Zone to enable Place of Assembly Uses in a portion of the existing building.
