Take notice that St. John’s Municipal Plan Amendment Number 10, 2023, and St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 20, 2023, adopted on April 25, 2023, and approved on June 19, 2023, have been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Municipal Plan Amendment Number 10, 2023, is to redesignate land at 20 Janeway Place from the Open Space District to the Residential District, to allow an Apartment Building development.
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 20, 2023, is to rezone land at 20 Janeway Place from the Open Space (O) Zone to the Apartment 1 (A1) Zone, to allow an Apartment Building development.
