Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 30, 2024, adopted on January 9, 2024, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 30, 2024, is to rezone land at 154 University Avenue from the Residential 1 (R1) Zone to the Residential 2 (R2) Zone, to develop a Four-Plex.
