ChillFest 2025: February 13 to 18

ChillFest, the City of St. John’s annual winter festival, is back from February 13 to 18! This free, community-wide celebration offers activities for all ages and abilities.

This year’s lineup includes skating parties, snowshoeing and skiing, a family swim, disk golf, MegaPlay, the Freez'n Fun Run & Stroll or Roll, a motion fitness class, trivia night and more. While all events are free, some require registration, so plan ahead to secure your spot.

Don’t miss the winter scavenger hunt at Bowring Park, Bannerman Park and Victoria Park! Search for five hidden words in each park and combine them to reveal a unique phrase. Each park features its own set of words and phrase to uncover.
