Description

The proposed application is a change of use from a commercial use (Merrywood Pet Boutique) to a Restaurant Use (catering). The proposed use is for a Ghost Kitchen which is to support a catering business and no public will visit the site. Hours of operation will be Tuesday to Thursday from 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. and Friday to Saturday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. The floor area of the business will remain at approximately 72m² and is located on the ground floor. On-street parking is provided.
