The application is for a Light Industrial Use for Viking Corporation ULC., which will have a floor area of 2324m2. This area of the building is an Innovation Centre, which is a collaborative space used to bring together multiple sectors and communities to accelerate the development of the innovation-driven economy in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Centre will contain shared office space, light industrial space for activities such as 3D printing, and areas to provide programming to accelerate learning. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Parking is provided on site.
