A Discretionary Use application has been submitted by Persepolis Persian Restaurant Limited at 585 Torbay Road.

The proposed application is for a change in the Restaurant hours of operation, which is an existing Discretionary Use at this location. The applicant is proposing revised hours of 6 a.m. –  1 a.m., seven days a week. This is extended from the currently approved hours of 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. seven days a week. The floor area will remain at approximately 175m²  and on-site parking is provided.
