The proposed application is to change the use from an Office Use (Allan Sooley Plumbing) to a Restaurant Use (take-out). Hours of operation will be 7 days a week from 3 p.m.- 10 p.m. The floor area of the business will remain at approximately 87m2 and is located on the ground floor. On-site parking is provided.
