Description

The proposed application is an outdoor eating area and lounge. The floor area of the patio is approximately 57m² and located at the front of the building. Hours of operation will be 10 a.m. - 2 a.m., seven (7) days a week. Outdoor speakers are proposed for music until 11 p.m. On-site parking is provided.
