The proposed application is a change of Non-Conforming Use from a Convenience Store to a Bakery. The business will occupy a floor area of approximately 98m². Hours of operation are Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. Retail hours will be Monday and Tuesday, 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday to Saturday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. Parking to be set by Council.
