Description
The proposed application is for a Clinic Use that will have a floor area of approximately 1100 m2. A new building is proposed onsite with 20clinic rooms, and contains both Clinic and Office uses. Hours of operation will be Monday to Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The proposed development will conform to the Industrial Commercial (IC) Zone requirements and parking will be provided. Layout and Design will be subject to all City specifications.
