The City has received an application to rezone land at 255 Bay Bulls Road from the Commercial Neighbourhood (CN) Zone to the Commercial Mixed Use (CM) Zone to enable Place of Assembly Uses in a portion of the existing building. Place of Assembly is listed as a Discretionary Use in the CM Zone. A Municipal Plan Amendment is not required. Should the land be rezoned, uses within the CM Zone could be considered.
Along with this amendment, the City is advertising the Discretionary Use of a Place of Assembly at 255 Bay Bulls Road. Hours of operation will be 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. Monday to Sunday. The floor area of the Place of Assembly is 205 square metres. Off-street parking will be provided.
