The proposed Discretionary Use application is for a Heritage Use and Office Use in a designated Heritage Building. The proposed Office and Heritage Uses will occupy a combined floor area of approximately 232m2 over 3 levels. The proposed Heritage Use is for a tasting room (restaurant with liquor license) for Screech-in ceremonies, retail, and museum display. The tasting room involves Screech-ins, snack sales, small museum, storyboards, and tasting area for Screech. The hours of operation are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
