The proposed application is for Heritage Use to allow a Dwelling Unit on the main floor. The Dwelling Unit will have an approximate area of 65m2 and would make a total of 6 Dwelling Units in the Building. The building is a designated Heritage Building and has approval as a Heritage Use (tasting room for screech-in ceremonies, retail, and museum display) and Office Use. Parking relief has been requested.
