Description
The proposed Retail Use is a haunted Halloween and Christmas walk. The walks are directed and spectators will encounter props, actors, sounds, music, décor and lights. The walk operates from October 1 to December 30 from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. nightly, with a matinee from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. by request. The walk begins at 161 Thorburn Road (tickets sales) and then runs through the properties of 161, 169 and 171 Thorburn Road and the tour will take approximately 10 minutes. There will be 20 employees on site and parking is provided.
