An application has been submitted for a text amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations that would allow pedways (pedestrian connections) to cross property boundaries. The amendment will include adding a new “Pedway” definition and conditions for the development of pedways. This amendment was prompted by an application for a pedway at 110 Hebron Way and 15 Verafin Way.
Along with the amendment, the City is advertising the Discretionary Use of an enclosed Pedway at grade. The Pedway will extend between a building at 110 Hebron Way and a building at 15 Verafin Way.
