Today, City Council approved an updated Traffic Calming Policy following public engagement and a comprehensive review of the former process in 2022.

Property Assessments take place on a two-year assessment cycle and 2024 is a reassessment year. The City of St. John’s will be issuing assessments to property owners beginning in June 2023.
