The pool at the H.G.R. Mews Community Centre will remain closed. Following a repair to piping that was causing leaks, further leaks have been discovered that will need to be repaired before the pool can reopen.
The Mews pool has served the public well for many years, but the aging infrastructure needs replacement. Construction on a new facility is underway, but in the interim the facility is needed to service the community.

The type of street you live on will determine where to place your garbage carts or bags, recycling blue bags and paper yard waste bags (seasonally).
Waste bags and carts must not be placed on any part of the sidewalk as it obstructs people walking and wheeling on the sidewalk.

The public washrooms at Bannerman Park will no longer be open during the evenings due to vandalism, including incidents of arson.

Mundy Pond Road from Murphy's Lane to Ropewalk Lane will be closed on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2023 from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to facilitate roadwork.
Traffic will not be permitted through the construction zone; however, local traffic is permitted from Murphy's Lane side of closure (West). The Mews Centre remains open.
