Cruise Ship Seven Seas Navigator Arrives July 2, 2023

The Seven Seas Navigator with 530 passengers is scheduled to arrive in the Port of St. John’s at 10 a.m. on Sunday July 2 and depart at 7 p.m.

Canada Day and Memorial Day Holiday

Due to the Canada Day and Memorial Day holiday all recreation facilities, community centres, and the Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility will be closed on Saturday, July 1.
Please note the following:
- Most City offices and facilities will be closed on Monday, July 3.
- All recreation facilities will be open on Monday, July 3.
- The outdoor pools at Bannerman Park and Bowring Park will be open starting on Sunday, July 2; the splash pads will be in operation 9 a.m. to dusk daily. Pool schedules are

To facilitate Canada’s Big Birthday Bash, Duckworth Street (eastbound only), from New Gower Street to Bate’s Hill, will be closed on June 30 and July 1 from 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
