My New St. John's Expo Event October 19

The St. John’s Local Immigration Partnership is hosting the third annual My New St. John’s Expo Event for newcomers & friends. The Expo takes place Thursday, October 19 from noon to 6 p.m. at the St. John’s Community Market, 245 Freshwater Road. Event admission is free.

Arcadia with 2388 passengers is scheduled to arrive in the Port of St. John’s at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 13, and depart on Saturday, October 14, at 6:00 p.m.

Mark Callanan named City of St. John’s Poet Laureate

The City of St. John’s has named Mark Callanan as its newest Poet Laureate.
