Please be advised that the pool, steam room and sauna at H.G.R. Mews Centre will be closed effective 5:45 p.m. this evening, Sunday, March 10 for unplanned maintenance.

Motorists are advised that the following roads have been reopened to the public as of 5:30 a.m. today, March 10, 2024, as conditions have improved:
Equipment have been in all areas to make all roads drivable. However, please note that widening operations are ongoing and the public should be aware of possible heavy equipment.

The snow mostly stopped by 11:00 a.m., with reported accumulations ranging from 72 to 80 cm. Blowing snow continues to impact many areas, causing drifting and low visibility.
By 10 p.m. on Sunday, most streets will be cleared within the City. Currently, crews continue to focus on making first cuts on all streets. Most sidewalks will require large snow blowers, and many require complete snow removals. Crews will continue to focus on priority areas.

Snow clearing crews continue to work to clear streets across the City. Due to the large amount of snow, this will take more time than usual to clear all streets. Please be advised that parking in the downtown business area is impacted. To ensure there is no obstruction to traffic and snow clearing operations, please utilize off street parking if visiting the area this evening.
