Effective Immediately Until Further Notice
Motorists are advised of the immediate closure of University Avenue between Prince Philip Drive and Paton Street due to unforeseen circumstances associated with the University Avenue Storm Sewer Upgrades project.
Local access will be provided to properties located between Paton Street and the construction site; however, there will be no passage through the construction site.

Change of Hours of Operation: Animal Care and Adoption Centre

Please be advised that due to the Municipal Open House, the Animal Care and Adoption Centre will have a change in hours of operation on Sunday, September 15. The Centre will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. only.

2024 Resident Satisfaction Survey Begins This Week

Over the next few weeks, residents of St. John’s may be contacted by MQO Research to participate in the City’s resident satisfaction survey. The survey was first conducted in 2018, and is repeated bi-annually.
