Please be advised that sidewalks have now been installed on Rickett’s Road North and in the coming weeks parking spaces will be transitioned to a paid parking area. Paid parking stations will be installed today, however paid parking will not be enforced until paving is completed in the area. This expansion aligns with the City’s Paid Parking Strategy, which promotes a sustainable and effective on-street parking program that encourages turnover and improved parking availability.

The proposed application is for Heritage Use to allow a Dwelling Unit on the main floor. The Dwelling Unit will have an approximate area of 65m2 and would make a total of 6 Dwelling Units in the Building.
