It's leaf season, and we're continuing to collect paper yard waste bags until December 2.
Did you know that the yard waste we collect is composted and used in public landscaping projects? Just place the paper yard waste bags at the curb and they will be collected biweekly on the same day as your recycling day. Check our scheduler to see when your recycling day is coming.
You can also bring your paper yard waste bags to the Robin Hood Bay Drop-Off any time, year round.

The westbound exit ramp from Pitts Memorial Drive to Southlands Boulevard will be closed from Thursday, Oct. 27 to Saturday, Nov. 5, 2022 (previously November 4). Northbound traffic on Southlands Boulevard will not be able to exit onto Pitts Memorial Drive westbound. Southbound traffic can still exit onto Pitts Memorial Drive westbound during this ramp closure. Motorists can use the Ruth Avenue exit or the Route 3 – Commonwealth Interchange via Heavy Tree Road exit as an alternative.
