A Discretionary Use Application has been submitted by Nidus Developments Inc. at 410 Thorburn Road.

Description

The proposed application is for a Daycare Centre, which will accommodate up to 144 children and approximately 20 employees. The daycare will encompass two buildings that each have a floor area of 435m2. The Daycare Centre will operate seven days a week, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on-site parking is provided.
