Construction work to replace an aging culvert near the intersection of Gleneyre Street and Torbay Road will begin on Monday, April 10, and is expected to be complete by the end of September 2023.

Motorists are advised that Circular Road will be closed, between the Molson Brewery and Fleming Street, from March 28 to June 26. This is to facilitate repairs to the Brewery. A detour will be in place with Belvedere Street becoming two-way during construction. Flagpersons will be on site when necessary.
