The City has received an application from 91619 NL Corp. to rezone land at 369 Blackmarsh Road from the Residential 2 (R2) Zone to the Residential 3 (R3) Zone to accommodate two (2) Semi-detached Dwellings. Semi-detached Dwelling is a Permitted Use in the R3 Zone. A Municipal Plan amendment is not required.

Motorists are advised that Water Street (in the vicinity of the National War Memorial) will be reduced to one lane to facilitate the sewer replacement work adjacent to the National War Memorial. Signage will be in place and flag persons will be on site. Motorists may experience delays and are encouraged to use an alternate route, if possible.
