The splash pads at Kenmount Terrace Community Centre and Bannerman Park will open for the season on Friday, June 23.
Splash pads are in operation from 9 a.m. to dusk, daily.
Outdoor pools at Bannerman Park and Bowring Park will open on Sunday, July 2. The splash pad at Bowring Park will also be operational at this time.
Patrons may bring their own lifejackets, kickboards, flippers, hand-paddles and pull-buoys. Personal floats and inflatables are not permitted.

The Outer Ring Road Eastbound Lanes from Portugal Cove Road South turn off to Torbay Road Exit is closed due to a spill on the highway. All traffic will be diverted to Portugal Cove Road South exit. Crews are on site cleaning up the spill and expect to have the road open by 2 p.m. today.
