Please be advised that repairs at the H.G.R. Mews Community Centre are now complete. The pool, steam room and sauna will be open at 7 a.m. on Sunday, March 24.

Please be advised that repairs are currently underway at the H.G.R. Mews Community Centre. The pool, steam room and sauna remain closed. An update will be provided on Saturday, March 23.

Application - 255 Bay Bulls Road, March 2024

The City has received an application to rezone land at 255 Bay Bulls Road from the Commercial Neighbourhood (CN) Zone to the Commercial Mixed Use (CM) Zone to enable Place of Assembly Uses in a portion of the existing building. Place of Assembly is listed as a Discretionary Use in the CM Zone. A Municipal Plan Amendment is not required. Should the land be rezoned, uses within the CM Zone could be considered.

311 App Unavailable (March 20)

System maintenance is scheduled for the City's mobile app '311 St. John's' overnight tonight from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. Wednesday, March 20.
