Street widening activities are currently underway in various areas across the City and is expected to start in the Kenmount Terrace subdivision this weekend. To facilitate the smooth progress of this essential work, we kindly request that you park off-street whenever possible. This will enable crews to complete this work efficiently without missing spaces. The City is considering a text amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations, that would amend the standards to the Institutional Zone. This would enable the adaptive reuse of existing and former church properties that are located in the Institutional (INST) Zone.
